Carolyn Lewis

Dr. Lewis is a Dover, Delaware native. She has always wanted to be a veterinarian and practice medicine in her home state. She attended the University of Delaware for her undergraduate education and graduated in January 2021. During her time at UD, she continued to cultivate her passion for veterinary medicine through her course work, working in the University’s Farm, and shadowing a local veterinarian. Dr. Lewis attended Louisiana State University School of Veterinary Medicine in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Dr. Lewis joined the Rehoboth Beach Animal Hospital team in July 2025 soon after her graduation. 

Outside of work, Dr. Lewis enjoys spending time with her dog, Sybil, and her family, walking the beautiful trails throughout the state, and cooking.
